What is the most rewarding part of your job?
The most rewarding thing about my job is seeing how pickleball brings people together. Whether it’s helping someone discover a new passion, building friendships or creating a sense of community, it’s amazing to see the positive impact. That’s what makes it all worth it.
Are you where you thought you’d be when you were 18?
Not even close — but in the best way. At 18, I knew I wanted to build something of my own, but I didn’t picture it happening like this. My dad immigrated to the U.S. and started his own business, so I grew up watching him work hard and take risks. That entrepreneurial spirit stuck with me. I never imagined pickleball would be my path, but here I am, turning a passion into a business that’s growing faster than I ever expected.
