What is the most rewarding part of your job?
The most rewarding aspect of my job is building genuine relationships with people I truly enjoy working with. Beyond that, it’s incredibly fulfilling to witness my team members experience life-changing growth in their careers and personal lives. It’s deeply satisfying to see my team achieve well-deserved milestones, knowing their hard work is paying off.
Who inspires you most?
Two people inspire me the most: my amazing wife of 14 years and my sweet mother. They have always emphasized the importance of staying true to who I am while striving for continuous self-improvement. Their advice — to cherish and share my authentic self with the world — has shaped how I approach life and work.
