What is your go-to business strategy?
Real estate and business is about people. Whether it’s clients, partners or the team we’ve built, investing time and energy into building genuine relationships has been the cornerstone of our organic growth. Deals come and go, markets shift, but the trust and loyalty you build with the right people can carry you through anything. I’ve learned that if you take care of people, the business will take care of itself.
What advice do you have for your younger self?
Don’t wait for the perfect moment — just start. You don’t need to have it all figured out. Start where you are with what you have, and trust that the experience will teach you along the way. The mistakes you make will be some of your greatest lessons, so lean into them. Surround yourself with people who inspire and challenge you, and be open to learning from everyone you meet.
