What is your go-to business strategy?
Think long-term. This has been important in my career by forcing me to consider the short-term ramifications of a decision. Business is about nurturing great relationships in the long run. I don’t want my relationships to only be transactional and short-sighted.
What advice do you have for your younger self?
Don’t be in such a rush for everything to happen. Success takes time — time to learn from others, make mistakes, take accountability for your actions, change and grow. Keep stacking wins, stay hungry and humble, and eventually you’ll get there.
