What is your go-to business strategy?
My go-to-market strategy is to align marketing efforts with the company’s growth stage and continuously test, adapt and scale successes. At LVT, this approach helped grow the business from $17 million to a multi-hundred-million-dollar annual recurring revenue company in just four years. When I joined as the first marketing hire, I prioritized building demand generation, content creation and business development functions to execute a high-velocity, inbound lead strategy. This generated over $100 million in pipeline and hundreds of net-new customers within the first two years.
What is the most rewarding part of your job?
The most rewarding thing about my job is waking up every morning to do the work I love at a company that is truly making an impact in the world. Before joining LVT, I developed a passion for B2B marketing by focusing on telling stories that matter. Aligning my passion for storytelling with the mission of LVT has taken my inspiration to a whole new level. Our mission is to make the world safer and more secure, and we live it every day. After working for a company like LVT, I know I will always seek opportunities where my work can have a greater impact than just earning a paycheck.
