What is one thing you are most proud of accomplishing in your career thus far?
Not giving up. Like many in public accounting, I’ve faced countless challenges navigating a demanding environment marked by extensive travel, long hours and the delicate balancing act of a personal life as a wife and mother. There were moments when giving up seemed like the easiest option — when exhaustion, parent guilt, constant pressure and feelings of inadequacy from both personal and professional perspectives weighed heavily. I’m incredibly proud of my resilience and determination to push forward despite those challenges. Having walked that path, I’m now in a position to empathize with and support my junior team members, helping them find solutions and opportunities even when they feel stuck.
What does success look like to you?
Success, to me, is about pursuing what truly matters — both personally and professionally. It’s about living with passion and intention, finding joy in everyday life and making time for the people who mean the most to you. Success isn’t measured in dollars or titles but in living a life that leaves you with no regrets and a sense of fulfillment.
