Who inspires you most?
I’ve always been inspired by Dominique Ansel. His creativity and forward-thinking make him a standout in the culinary world. I have always considered him the modern-day Willy Wonka, and he has inspired me to approach not only my desserts but also other food in a unique way.
What does success look like to you?
Having it all by not doing it all. It definitely sounds impossible, but when you shift your perception of what “having it all” actually means and set clear boundaries in your life, you find that you can achieve that.
