What is your go-to business strategy?
I look to nature. Nature has all of the elements of a successful business — productive, abundant, cooperative, resilient, etc. — so I tend to look at nature’s strategies to inform strategies in my business.
What are you looking forward to accomplishing most in 2025?
I’m looking forward to working with more purpose-driven organizations and teams. We’ve recently expanded into supporting leaders and teams in their human-work alignment. It’s been a fun challenge to support a group of individuals with unique needs and relationships, all working toward the same purpose.
