What challenges have you overcome to get here today?
Navigating external pressures to perform and my own self-doubt was a defining challenge early in my career. The constant pressure to succeed sometimes clouded my vision and caused me to question my abilities. I eventually learned that true success isn’t defined by flawless performance but by resilience in the face of adversity. I now approach each challenge with clarity and confidence by embracing imperfection, managing stress and prioritizing my mental health.
What is after 40?
The next chapter is about amplifying impact. I want to focus on scaling meaningful initiatives, championing innovation and giving back to the communities and industries that have shaped me. It’s about creating a future where growth is shared and everyone has the opportunity to succeed.
