What leadership philosophy guides your strategic vision and decision-making?
I’m a big proponent of giving people the resources and tools to do great things while providing enough direction and freedom for them to succeed. Everyone wants to add value and contribute to success; my job as a leader is to remove barriers, cheer them on and help ensure they know where we’re going.
What do you consider one of your most significant achievements and why?
Being part of the PACS leadership team for the past six years in preparation for our IPO has been the most significant achievement. Working with our executive leadership team, I strategically restructured debt, enhanced our investment income, spearheaded a robust M&A effort, secured vital capital and partnered with key banks and investors to launch our IPO.
