How have you leveraged your position as a C-suite executive to influence business dynamics in Utah?
Coming from a male-dominated industry, I know how hard it can be for women to feel supported, have a place to exchange ideas, and build meaningful relationships in the business world. Last year, I helped to initiate Capita’s first annual women’s gala featuring some of Utah’s most impactful women. We created an invaluable space for women to come together and feel inspired by one another. They were no longer alone in their pursuits but gained a sense of community and support. When one woman rises, we all rise together. As women leaders, you can make the greatest impact by starting within the walls of your own company.
What does success look like to you?
Success looks like progression. It doesn’t matter where you start as long as you move forward in the right direction. It also means creating spaces where employees feel inspired and valued. Lastly, success looks like making a meaningful and lasting difference beyond the confines of the business itself. To Main Page
