What leadership philosophy guides your strategic vision and decision-making?
My leadership philosophy is rooted in the values instilled by my father, Brad Haslem, the founder of BHI. He always emphasized that people are at the heart of our success. I firmly believe that if you treat people right, they will give their best effort.
How have you leveraged your position as a C-suite executive to influence business dynamics in Utah?
As COO, I’ve had the privilege of overseeing BHI’s growth. We have made a significant impact on Utah’s construction landscape. By expanding our services beyond electrical work into civil construction and general contracting in the commercial and industrial spaces, we’ve created more job opportunities and contributed to the state’s infrastructure development.
