Looking back, is there anything you wish you had known when you first became a CEO?
It’s harder than it looks. Within my own mind, I live and manage a life of anxiety, fear, pain, paranoia, adrenaline and euphoria. I live with it, and it’s difficult to share the experience with someone because it is so unique and individual. Those emotions can change in seconds. The advice: Get great people who share your vision, and spread the worry and the joy of success.

I couldn’t do it without you. You are all amazing.
