What key principle guides your leadership style?
Empowering intentionality into the fabric of what we do. We can set goals for the company, but until we help each person make intentional decisions that reflect the company goals, we rarely achieve those goals.
What has been a significant challenge you’ve faced? How did you overcome it?
The three things I use to overcome challenges are remembering that hard times come to everyone and every company, remembering that our team wants things to work just as much as I do, and empowering the team to do everything we can to solve and work through the challenges.
