What leadership philosophy guides your strategic vision and decision-making?
My philosophy on leadership is to hire people smarter than me, invest in them and clear the path. This mentality is pervasive in SeekWell and leads to our success. We invest in our people and seek to remove barriers so people can do their best work. As we hire people smarter than ourselves, we create a building full of really smart people where we can all grow, do our best work and learn from each other.
What do you consider one of your most significant achievements and why?
I am most proud of the culture of mentorship and growth I’ve helped create at SeekWell. I’m personally passionate about identifying talent and helping people unlock their potential.
