Business Accelerator Project Nomination Form

Utah Business magazine has assembled a team of experts in IT, Organization, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Human Resources and Strategy Development to help your organization improve profitability and accelerate growth.

Our consultants will examine your business and provide actionable plans for improvement and then continue to work with you through implementation and eventual success. Only 4 companies will be selected to participate.

Your business’ progress will be featured in Utah Business magazine in a series of articles as we track your progress through planning, implementation and improvement.

We are looking for companies that are honest, open, competent and receptive to change.

Please read the following carefully as you submit your registration.

In the nominee section, please provide the name of the top executive officer with relevant contact information.

In the narrative section, answer these questions:
What are your company’s primary products or services?
Provide a brief company overview or history with date founded.
Year ending revenue for last calendar or fiscal year.
Is the company profitable—yes or no?
Tell us why you want to participate in this program and how it will be beneficial to your business.

All information submitted will remain confidential. Once we have your information, you will be contacted by a member of the team to gather additional information. But, please note, if we do not receive the registration information requested, your organization will be not be considered for the program. Questions?
