Utah Legislature 2013: Super Republican but more moderate? by Lee Davidson The Salt Lake Tribune Published Jan 27, 2013 01:01AM MDT While Utah’s second-most Republican Legislature in the past 80 years convenes Monday, some leaders surprisingly say it still may act more moderate than in recent years — and be less prone to enact recent right-wing “message bills” on such things as federal lands, abortion or gun rights.
