Cederholm helped make Utah trucking firm a giant by Paul Beebe The Salt Lake Tribune Published Apr 11, 2013 08:03PM MDT Wayne Cederholm, CEO of trucking giant C.R. England since 2011, died earlier this week from complications of a bone marrow transplant. Cederholm, 57, joined Salt Lake City-based C.R. England as a credit analyst in 1980. Over his 33-year career, Cederholm worked his way up through numerous positions at the family-owned business, including vice president of safety and personnel, vice president of administration, senior vice president of North American operations and chief operating officer.
