Phil Hoose book-signing at The King's English

Renowned author and conservationist Phil Hoose will sign his latest book, "Moonbird: A Year on the Wind with B95," which chronicles the life of the so-called "super bird," a 4-ounce shorebird. Hoose's book "Claudette Colvin: Twice Toward Justice," about a courageous but unheralded teenage Civil Rights activist, won the 2009 National Book Award in the Books for Young Readers category. Hey Little Ant, co-authored with his daughter Hannah Hoose, has sold more than one million copies and now appears in 10 languages.
