Guest Speakers include: David J. Mistick is President of Circumspex; Tony Wilde is the Public/Private Sector Coordinator with Be Ready Utah; Bob Carey Is currently the Operations Section Manager and Operations Chief, Utah Division of Emergency Management; Philip Chaffee is the Director of Emergency Management for the University of Utah Health Care (UUHC) Office of Emergency Management (OEM.)
