Lehi — Vivint, Inc. has signed a 10-year lease for 100,000 square feet at Thanksgiving Center.
Located at 3401 North Ashton Boulevard in Lehi, Thanksgiving Center is designed to be a Silver LEED certified, 125,000-square-foot office building. It is directly off SR-92 and I-15 within the vicinity of the new FrontRunner and TRAX stations. Construction on Thanksgiving Center began in September of 2013; construction is expected to be complete by August of 2014.
Vivint will occupy all but the second floor of the new building. The company is headquartered in Provo and plans on occupying its new space in Thanksgiving Center by next August.
“Development of Thanksgiving Center began as a spec job,” said Tab Cornelison, senior vice president with CBRE, who represented owner/developer The Gardner Company in the transaction. “The fact that 80 percent of the building has already been pre-leased is evidence of the extraordinary demand for high-quality space in this area.”
