aRes Travel has finalized an agreement with its newest online booking engine affiliate, Visit Salt Lake, the destination marketing organization responsible for representing all aspects of Salt Lake’s varied meeting, convention and tourism product mix. Through this deal, aRes Travel will integrate their private-label booking engine with the Visit Salt Lake website, allowing visitors to the site to research the destination and book hotels, attractions, deals and travel packages seamlessly without the need to search other sites.
“We’re excited about our new relationship with Visit Salt Lake,” said Alan Suchodolski, president and CEO of aRes Travel Inc. “Visit Salt Lake represents an outstanding destination with the variety of year-round activities for our consumers. This deal allows us to work more efficiently and strengthen the promotion of their destination through our deals and packaging capabilities.”
"aRes brings to us a technology that will allow Visit Salt Lake and our partners to better package, promote and book custom lodging, attractions and event options in and around the greater Salt Lake area," said Eric Thompson, Visit Salt Lake’s vice president of marketing. “This partnership is a win-win situation, benefitting all parties involved including our members and our visitors.”
