Kelly Davis, senior operations & engineering manager at Trebor International, has partnered with the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME) to form a new technical group focused on supporting the Semiconductor Industry.
The technical group will be part of SME’s Automated Manufacturing & Assembly Community. In addition, Davis will join the AMA Community Advisors.
The technical group is charged with establishing a forum for manufacturing engineers in the Semiconductor Industry to share ideas and concepts that drive and support innovation. Additionally, the group will form partnerships with related organizations and industry members that are on the leading edge of research and development.
In addition to founding the technical group, Trebor is taking a more proactive role in supporting SME’s Salt Lake City chapter by hosting leadership meetings, tours, and events. “We are excited to get more engaged with SME and the Semiconductor Industry. As a company, we are focused on delivering quality engineered solutions to our customers and this is a step in the right direction that supports Trebor’s pursuit of operational and commercial excellence,” said Davis.
