Spring Mobile, a Utah-based retailer of AT&T wireless phones, recently acquired Bluewire, Inc., a 10-store AT&T exclusive wireless dealer located in Wyoming and Montana.
The acquisition marks Spring Mobile's entrance into the Montana market with three new locations and a new Wyoming region was created for its seven new locations in the state. This brings the company's total store count to 95 across 10 states.
“We are delighted to have the opportunity to bring the Spring Mobile brand to Montana and Wyoming residents,” said Jason Ellis, Spring Mobile president. “Spring promises to continue to provide the best AT&T wireless services as we expand throughout the country.”
Additionally, Spring Mobile recently opened a new store in Waterloo, Iowa with another to follow in Ankeny, Iowa. Since March 31 of this year, the Company has opened 28 new locations - a 40 percent growth.

Spring Mobile is privately owned by three Utah-based partners, employs 345 people, and operates 95 locations across ten states.
