Intermountain Healthcare named GAIL MILLER to its board of trustees. Miller is the owner of the Larry H. Miller Group of Companies and serves as chairman of the organization’s advisory board.
Westminster College hired JOHN BAWOROWSKY as vice president for enrollment management. Baworowsky served most recently as a senior associate higher education consultant for Noel Levitz, the nation’s largest higher education consulting firm.
The Utah Department of Natural Resources selected ERIC MILLIS as the new director for the Division of Water Resources. He replaces DENNIS STRONG, who retired at the end of October. Millis has served as deputy director of the division since 2006.

Webb was previously executive vice president of Layton’s Interior Construction Specialists, Inc. The company also promoted PENN OWENS from business development manager to executive vice president of Interior Construction Specialists, Inc.

PAUL SCHVANEVELDT, DANIEL HUBLER, CARRIE OTA and PAMELA PAYNE are examining state records to find ways to prevent the poverty cycle from continuing.
Bank of Utah promoted ERIC D. DEFRIES to vice president of mortgage and consumer finance. DeFries previously served as assistant vice president and secondary marketing manager and as a secondary marketing analyst.
Skullcandy appointed JASON HODELL as CFO. Hodell was most recently CFO at Shopzilla. Before that, he was CFO and COO of Move Networks.
Wilson Electronics, LLC named CHRISTOPHER RUTHERFORD vice president of sales and marketing. Most recently, Rutherford was vice president of consumer electronics at Homedics. Wilson Electronics also hired JEFFREY GUDEWICZ as director of business development and product line management. Gudewicz was previously senior strategic sales manager at RF Micro Devices, Inc.
SkyWest Airlines promoted BILL DYKES to vice president of maintenance. Dykes began at SkyWest in 1989 and became director of maintenance in 2007. He succeeds H. MICHAEL GIBSON, who is retiring after 26 years with the company.
