ZAGG Inc. appointed RANDALL HALES as president and COO. Hales has held senior-level positions in operations, manufacturing, sales, product management, marketing and general management. Most recently, Hales served as the CEO of Mity Enterprises, a furniture systems manufacturer with worldwide sales and operations.
Schiff Nutrition International, Inc. appointed BRIAN T. SWETTE to its board of directors. Swette also serves on the boards of Jamba, Inc., Care.com, The FRS Company and Shutterfly. He was formerly eBay’s chief operating officer.
JANA BETH RANDS was promoted to tax senior for Tanner LLC, a professional audit, tax and consulting firm. Rands has experience in taxation and spent more than two years at the Leavitt Group as a regional controller and internal auditor.
Dunn Associates hired DANIELLE SCOTT as director of marketing. Scott is responsible for creating awareness for the firm and providing support for business development activities.
TROY OLSON is the new president of the Les Olson Company, where he will assist Chairman and CEO Jim Olson in overseeing all operations at the company’s seven branch locations from Logan to Las Vegas.

Mity-Lite, Inc. appointed JOHN DUDASH as its president and CEO. Dudash has served as Mity-Lite’s executive vice president of sales and marketing since October 2010. He has more than 28 years of senior-level executive experience.
DARYL SISK is the new vice president of sales for Employer Solutions Group (ESG). Sisk has more than 15 years of experience in sales management and training, human resources consulting, benefits administration, marketing and public relations.
STEVE DIXON joined Vivint as its vice president of operations. Dixon oversees logistics for Vivint’s summer sales program and central monitoring station, licensing for all technicians and sales representatives, as well as data entry and contract processing functions.
Brigham Young University’s Romney Institute of Public Management awarded FRANCINE GIANI, executive director of the Utah Department of Commerce, with its 2011 N. Dale Wright Distinguished Alumni Award. Giani was appointed executive director of the Utah Department of Commerce in 2005 by Gov. Jon Huntsman.
