America First Credit Union appointed DAVE STACEY senior manager of treasury services. He has worked for America First since 1983. RABECCA JOHNSON has been selected as America First’s new manager of payment services. She has been with the credit union 19 years. LLOYD BARNETT was selected as the new manager of deposit products. He has been with America First since 1998.

LINDSAY SANCHEZ, director of nursing at Life Care Center of Bountiful, Utah, was named Director of Nursing of the Year for Life Care Centers of America’s southwest division. Sanchez was selected from all the directors of nursing in Life Care’s Southwest Division, which encompasses 34 facilities in Arizona, California, Nevada and Utah.
The Utah CCIM chapter recognized chapter members GONZALO STEVENS and THANE SMITH for earning the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute. They were among 137 commercial real estate professionals who passed the CCIM Comprehensive Examination.
Kirton McConkie Associate ANALISE WILSON was awarded the Young Lawyer 2013 Pro Bono Publico Award for her work with a case involving a 90-year-old widow whose home, unknowingly, had been used as collateral on loans made by her two stepsons. Wilson volunteered more than 50 hours.
Jones Waldo has elected ADAM T. MOW and TRAVIS MARC WILSON as its newest shareholders. Mow has been with the firm for just more than a year practicing construction law in the firm’s real estate department. Wilson has practiced business and real estate law at Jones Waldo since 2003.
Parsons Behle & Latimer attorney WILLIAM J. STILLING was installed as president of the American Society for Pharmacy Law at the organization’s annual meeting in March. He will serve a one-year term. Stilling is a shareholder of the firm and heads its Health Care Practice Group.
