Allegiance appointed CARINE CLARK as president and CEO, effective January 2, 2013. Formerly SVP and CMO for Symantec, Clark has twenty five years of experience building successful software companies. Recognized for her entrepreneurial approach and no-nonsense style, Clark has an extensive background in developing marketing, operations and product strategies that enhance corporate reputation, increase shareholder value and accelerate growth. As an executive at Symantec, Altiris and Novell, she was responsible for driving top and bottom-line company growth through fiscally accountable and operationally efficient marketing. promoted SAUM NOURSALEHI to vice president of new product development. Noursalehi has been with since 2005. He was initially hired by as a software developer, a position he held from 2005 through 2006.  From 2006 through 2009, he was’s software development lead, and from 2009 to 2011 he was director of software development.  Prior to his most recent promotion, he was’s senior director of website, mobile and SEO for one year.

Commercial real estate broker and industrial/land specialist ERIC LARSEN joined the Salt Lake Office of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT (CBC). As a strategic Utah County partner with Coldwell Banker Commercial’s (CBC) Brandon Fugal, Larsen will join the Industrial Division of CBC for Utah County and South Salt Lake County. He will be involved in expanding the firm’s Utah County footprint across various commercial real estate sectors. Formerly with Cushman & Wakefield – Commerce Real Estate Solutions, Larsen started his commercial real estate career in 2004 with NAI Utah.

Alliance Health Networks added MARTINE EHRENCLOU, M.A., award-winning author, patient advocate and speaker, as a new patient advocate on more than a dozen condition-specific social networks focused on chronic and complex conditions. Ehrenclou is the author of two award-winning books: Critical Conditions: The Essential Hospital Guide To Get Your Loved One Out Alive and The Take-Charge Patient: How You Can Get The Best Medical Care. Through her books, articles, blog, and lectures, Ehrenclou reveals insider information on how to interact effectively with medical professionals and navigate the healthcare system.

TAB Bank promoted CURTIS SUTHERLAND to vice president of A/R Financing and ERIN KENNAH to portfolio manager.  Sutherland joined TAB Bank in 2002 and has held numerous positions including business analyst, portfolio manager, and A/R financing manager. Kennah joined TAB Bank in 2008 as an account manager.  Since then, she has held positions overseeing and managing teams of account managers as well as creating and implementing a new assistant account manager role within the bank.

The Larry H. Miller (LHM) Group of Companies announced an expanded leadership team with the promotion of SCOTT BATES to president of Miller Family Real Estate/Associate Counsel and JAY FRANCIS to executive vice president of Corporate Affairs & Miller Family Philanthropy as well as the hiring of DON STIRLING who will serve as vice president of Special Projects. Bates is responsible for protecting the legal, financial and moral well-being of the Larry H. Miller Group of Companies. This includes negotiating real estate transactions and analyzing the financial aspects of real estate assets and opportunities, managing the time and budget for construction projects, executing the designated maintenance plan for all LHM properties and overseeing the management of Jordan Commons. Francis will now oversee the corporate events, community relations and the philanthropic efforts of both the Larry H. & Gail Miller Family Foundation and Larry H. Miller Charities. Stirling’s duties will consist of researching and executing broad projects for the Larry H. Miller Group of Companies, including new opportunities for revenue generation and business development, and taking on behind-the-scenes programs such as corporate emergency response plans and other projects as they arise.

GARY A. WESTON was recently hired by Prince, Yeates & Geldzahler, a Salt Lake City law firm. Prior to accepting the position, Weston was a shareholder and one of the founders of the law firm of Nielsen & Senior. He is active in the American Inns of Court and is a Master of the Bench and past president of A. Sherman Christensen Inn of Court No. 1. He has served as a member and chairman of the Murray City Zoning and Planning Commission.
