Newmark Grubb ACRES has facilitated the relocation of Ovivo USA, LLC to a 30,000-square-foot space in the Sorenson 7 building, part of the Sorenson Research Park located in Taylorsville.
Newmark Grubb ACRES Brokers Nick Teseros and Jack Woodward represented Ovivo USA, LLC in the leasing of the space. “Ovivo was able to achieve higher space efficiency at a lower rate in a high quality building by moving to Sorenson 7,” Teseros said. Woodward added: “The Ovivo facility is the second corporate headquarters we have completed in the last year, and this is definitely an emerging trend here in Northern Utah.”
Ovivo provides engineered water treatment solutions. It has locations in 21 countries employing more than 1,500 people.
The owner of Sorenson 7, Mikami Brothers, were represented by Newmark Grubb ACRES vice president of office leasing, Mark Lundgren and office agent, Eric J. Larson.
