St George has a locally owned and operated grill and well-kept secret, known as the One Hot Grill, located across from the Tabernacle at 14 W Tabernacle. Online Trip Advisor gives "One Hot Grill" 5 out of 5 stars for food, service, cleanliness, and atmosphere. One Hot Grill was recently purchased by Donalene Brady.
Brady purchased One Hot Grill from Kent and Julie Hall. Brady has many years of experience in high volume commercial cooking that requires a high level of cleanliness. Mathew and Pat Chappell, business brokers with NAI Utah Southern Region, assisted both parties in the sale.
One Hot Grill is known for having the best selection of gourmet hot dogs and hamburgers in St. George, along with its famous homemade Sweet Potato Fries. The interior is upscale with a metropolitan bistro look.
Watch for an expansion of the existing menu in the near future.
