Geigerrig Pressurized Hydration Pack  By Hub City Outdoor
Outdoor enthusiasts carry hydration packs into all corners of the world on their quest for adventure. Hub City Outdoor’s patent-pending pressurized hydration pack solves many of the drawbacks inherent to traditional packs.

The Geigerrig hydration pack features a two-chamber reservoir: one is filled with water, the other with pressurized air. This air is used to pressurize the water, sending it spraying out of the pack. Because the water is sprayed, not sucked by the user through a valve, the water can be shared by multiple people. And a filter in the drink tube removes contaminants, allowing the packs to be refilled in lakes or rivers.

Best of all? The Geigerrig hydration pack is easily cleaned, unlike traditional packs. The pack’s reservoir is reversible, enabling it to be easily cleaned and dried in the field, as well as safely placed in the top shelf of the dishwasher at home.

The Geigerrig has been on the market for 18 months and is sold at specialty shops like REI, Sportsman’s Warehouse and Cabelas.

WaterBlock By HzO, Inc.
Consumers spend hundreds of dollars on electronic devices—which can be destroyed with one spilled drink or splash from the pool. WaterBlock is a nanotechnology that protects electronics from the inside out. HzO, Inc. developed an innovative chemical vapor deposition process that blankets the internal electronic assemblies of devices with a nano-thin transparent film. This film protects electronics from water, liquids, dust and debris. WaterBlock can even protect from immersion, depending on the degree of WaterBlock applied and the depth of immersion.

WaterBlock protects the heart of electronic devices without the need for bulky cases or unreliable seals. And HzO has developed production systems that allow the ultra-thin coating to be applied in high-volume manufacturing environments, broadening the technology’s reach to millions of devices each year.

The company says that, in general, WaterBlock will outlive most of the devices on which it is applied, so consumers will never again have to worry about water damage.

Playground By Rain
Whether young or old, it can be hard to learn a new instrument. Playground Sessions provides a solution to appeal to anyone.

The program is a piano learning system for Mac or Windows. By using YouTube sensation David Sides as a teacher, along with a selection of popular music, Playground makes learning piano accessible.

Because it has midi keyboard integration, users can track their progress in a game-like setting that encourages progress. With follow-along, practice and performance modes, the player is rewarded for getting better and can eventually record a performance. The boot camp section features David teaching the fundamentals of piano like ear training and notation.

Lessons cater to a wide variety of age ranges and musical tastes, while keeping the user motivated. The program is also very cost effective compared to private lessons, opening the world of piano to more people.

SHOUT TV Mobile App By Shout TV Inc.
With sports consumers increasingly using DVR, mobile and online social interaction, advertisers have begun to reconsider traditional approaches. That’s where SHOUT comes in. As a mobile gameplay app, SHOUT involves fans and audiences during live events.

The app brings engaging content to motivate fans to compete, engage in social networking, share sports knowledge and vote on various sports topics. Not only does the app involve fans with real-time predictive, trivia, player’s choice and opinion questions, it allows advertisers to get involved through giveaways and other offers within the app and games.

Consumers are now spending more time on mobile apps than internet browsing. The app allows fans to compete against friends and family, manage and track responses, earn points and rewards, and communicate with the community in order to bring users back. The platform also tightly integrates sponsors and partners into each question and the overall experience.

Soropad By Inception Learning
An abacus may look a little out of place in the modern world. But when combined with a keypad and USB plug, Inception Learning says its electronic abacus, the only one on the market, provides a unique approach to teaching math.
