Press Release

May 3, 2013

Farmington — Station Park today announced lineup of new restaurant and retail businesses planned to join the list of businesses already open at its open-air center. Led by H&M and Nordstrom Rack, nearly two-dozen dining spots and fashion retailers are scheduled to open at Station Park in the weeks and months ahead. Station Park will also feature grand opening celebrations and seasonal events.

Other retailers scheduled to open at Station Park include Charming Charlie, Republic of Couture (ROC), Bohme, Brighton Collectibles, Chico’s, GoLite, Gymboree and Jared Gallery of Jewelry and It’Sugar. Restaurants include Twigs Martini Bar & Bistro, Cherry Berry, Costa Vida, Dickey’s Barbeque, Edible Arrangements, Habit Burger Grill, Orange Leaf, Starbucks and Sugar Daisy Bakery and Bandidos Taqueria.

Station Park will also feature a fitness center, The GYM at Station Park, scheduled to open in October, as well as Sanctuary Day Spa and Prana Yoga.

Station Park will be H&M’s third location in the market. The approximately 24,000-square-foot H&M store will open May 23 at noon with free gifts and discounts offered to customers all weekend long.

“The distinctive nature of Station Park is perfectly suited for our fashion and food partners to showcase the finest they have to offer,” said Fred Bruning, CenterCal Properties’ CEO. “We are committed to developing the absolute very best shopping, dining, and entertainment experience at all of our properties. Station Park in Farmington will be one our proudest achievements and we are thrilled to associate with a growing list of high quality partners,”

Station Park is located in Farmington at the intersection of I-15, Highway 89 and Legacy Parkway, and the Farmington Station Front Runner depot. Developer, CenterCal Properties, has opened more than 500,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space on site since August 2011, and is continuing to construct an additional 500,000 square feet.
