Forrester Research Names Wavelink as Best-in-Breed

Forrester interviewed 24 vendors for the report along with nearly 200 customers in order to evaluate the features and benefits of each of the vendors. Among the criteria evaluated were configuration tools, security management, application controls, reporting, contextual policies, platforms supported and deployment architectures.

According to the report, MDM technology “allows IT infrastructure and operations (I&O) professionals to support multiple platforms and form factors, extend management and security policies to both corporate-liable and employee-owned devices, and automate service desk support. This is especially important as I&O develops bring-your-own-device programs to support thebusiness needs and high expectations of its empowered workers.”
