Coldwell Banker Commercial Selected to Represent Vista Station

The Salt Lake Office of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT (CBC) announced its selection following a competitive brokerage process to represent Vista Station, a transit-oriented development located in Salt Lake County. CBC’s Brandon Fugal will be leading all marketing efforts regarding the new 100-plus acre development located in Draper at 13000 South 550 W. Vista Station offers more than 1.8 million square feet of office space including eBay’s new $110-million campus that is near completion, 250,000 square feet of retail shopping space, and 1,800 residential units.

CBC was chosen as a result of its successful track record and extensive experience with large commercial projects in the Utah market.

Conceived with commuter transit in mind and in close proximity to the new NSA Data Center, Vista Station is a model, walkable urban development that incorporates Green architecture and planning. eBay’s first two buildings nearing completion at Vista Station will achieve LEED Gold certification; those who work and/or live at Vista Station can access the South Valley FrontRunner Commuter Rail Hub.
