Cloud Partners with Small Improvements

PR or News Wire

December 1, 2011

BambooHR, a leader in human resources cloud software, announced a strategic partnership with employee performance review system provider Small Improvements. This alliance and product integration creates a powerful cloud-based Human Resource (HR) + Performance Management system, giving businesses an HR suite built to the specific needs of the SMB market.

Global software vendor Atlassian's shares the experience: "We use Small Improvements and BambooHR side by side and the new integration is fantastic,” stated Shubhra Gupta, senior systems analyst for global software vendor, Atlassian. “Small Improvements performance and 360 degree reviews are visible inside BambooHR right away and all users are automatically updated between the systems. It's like using a single product."

BambooHR and Small Improvements are at the forefront of a new agile software movement that strives for simplicity, efficiency, and affordability in products. Collectively, the two systems reward clever businesses with a centralized, feature-rich HR experience and a rapid ROI previously available only in expensive Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. The new integration allows both providers to continue focusing on individual strengths, while customers enjoy the new combined system benefits.

"The Small Improvements technology, affordability, and emphasis on creating an exceptional experience is a perfect match with BambooHR," said BambooHR's Ben Peterson, "In this combined system, customer experience is everything." "Our core expertise is employee performance management,” stated Per Fragemann, CEO of Small Improvements. “We're thrilled that we can now extend our solution to intuitive salary management, benefits, leave history and further HRIS functionality without having to reinvent the wheel."

The integrated Human Resource (HR) + Performance Management system gives business powerful HR tools on demand, and is available through both BambooHR and Small Improvements.
