The Salt Lake City office of CBRE announced that construction will begin next spring on Traverse Ridge Center I, a three-story office building in Lehi, Utah.
Eric Smith, Kreg Peterson, James Mecham and Jessmine Kim of CBRE are the leasing agents for the owner, Perry & Associates Inc., a commercial real estate developer. Construction of the 70,000-square-foot Class A building will begin in March 2013, with anticipated completion by March 2014.
“Traverse Ridge Center I will be located in one of Utah’s fastest-growing cities,” said Eric Smith, first vice president at CBRE. “This area is a magnet for high-tech companies and expanding businesses.”
Traverse Ridge Center will be located just off I-15, directly east of the State Road 92 exit. The property is adjacent to a future TRAX line and is within walking distance of the new Adobe Campus, Cabela’s, and the Outlets at Traverse Mountain. The office building is part of a 22-acre mixed-use campus.
