The Residences at Fairbourne Station

West Valley City − Fairbourne Station is a redevelopment project where employment, shopping, entertainment and living combine to create a city landmark. An intermodal transit station, civic center, park and hotel are already in place at Fairbourne Station. Future plans include the residences now under construction and additional commercial spaces.

Northern Area

North Cache Valley Clinic

Logan − A new Intermountain Healthcare Clinic is being built at 4088 N. Highway 91 in Hyde Park. The North Cache Valley Clinic will be a 17,325-square-foot facility on two acres.

Falcon Hill Phase II

Clearfield − The start of Falcon Hill Phase II began with a groundbreaking on a three-story office building adjacent to the Northrop Grumman building. It is planned to house a total of 75,000 square feet of office space. Falcon Hill is the first public-private partnership at Hill Air Force Base, and the largest enhanced-use lease project in the history of the Air Force.

F-22 Systems Support Facility
Hill Air Force Base − The design-build, two-story F-22 System Support Facility will provide an administration and operations support building adjacent to the F-22 industrial facilities (Building 674) on base. The new facility will accommodate approximately 210 personnel relocating from Aeronautical Systems Center (ASC) at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio to Hill AFB, as ever-increasing F-22 sustainment responsibilities transition to the 508th Aerospace Sustainment Wing (ASW).

Station Park Village Center

Farmington − Construction is underway on five new buildings at Station Park. The development includes Building A, which has 31,250 square feet of single-story retail space; Building B, which has 38,759 square feet of partial two-story retail and office building space; and Building C, which has 70,000 square feet of three-story retail, office and restaurant space.

Utah Valley Area

Vivint Office Complex
Provo − The Vivint Office Complex will serve as the corporate headquarters of Vivint. The facility provides class A office space with open and well-lit interiors. Housed within the Riverwoods Business Park, it will offer quick access to Provo Canyon and neighboring Brigham Young University.

BYU Heritage Housing 7 & 8
Provo − Originally built in 1953, Heritage Halls are the oldest dorms on campus at BYU. The BYU Heritage Housing Phase II continues the recent expansion of the student housing section.
