BYU Heritage Housing, Phase II Buildings 5 & 6

Provo - The BYU Heritage Housing Phase II Buildings 5 & 6 project is part of a multi-phase master plan to add new student housing to the BYU campus. Buildings 5 & 6 consist of structural steel masonry and innovative energy practices such as closed cell sprayed insulation.

Outlets at Traverse Mountain

Lehi - Phase One of this 50-acre shopping center consists of 225,000 square feet of shopping center space. The center will ultimately contain 400,000 square feet and 130-140 stores. Amenities will include solar screen canopies, heated walkways and a customer service lobby with a large fireplace.

Utah Data Center

Lehi - This $1.2 billion project includes 100,000 square feet of a Tier III data center and 900,000 square feet of technical support and administrative space. The facility will showcase numerous innovative technology and energy efficiency features and will be designed and constructed to achieve LEED Silver certification.

UDOT I-15 CORE

Lehi - The Utah County I-15 Corridor Expansion (I-15 CORE) is UDOT’s largest road project in state history. It includes reconstructing 24 miles of I-15 from Lehi to Spanish Fork with new concrete pavement, adding two new lanes in both directions, and rebuilding or modifying 63 bridges and 10 interchanges.

I-80 Wanship to Coalville

Summit County - This project consists of replacing two bridges using ABC methods on I-80, providing more vertical clearance and widening SR-32 to 4 lanes. The project also involves relocating and replacing all utilities, widening I-80, filling eight miles on I-80 in both directions, and rehabilitating four structures on I-80.
