Mountain View Corridor (MVC)

Westminster Sugarhouse Mixed-use Project
Salt Lake City - The Westminster Sugar House Mixed Use project is an 85,000-square-foot, multi-functional building. The eight-story building will include student housing with 168 beds, retail on the main level of the building, offices, and dynamic classroom and activities space. There will also be a six-level parking structure that will be available for both reserved student parking and public parking.

Draper - The Draper Station Project consists of densely packed horizontal and vertical development in a mix of residential, commercial, retail, entertainment and open spaces. The first major site development is the new eBay Building.
