YWCA Center for Families

Salt Lake City - The new YWCA Center for Families will be a centrally located resource for strengthening the safety, health and wellbeing of Utah women and their families. The YWCA Center for Families will be a two-story building approximately 18,500 square feet in size.

Cinemark XD 12

Draper - Wadman Corporation is building a 12-screen theater for Cinemark USA Inc. The theater will be the first in the Salt Lake City area that is 100 percent digital featuring Cinemark’s XD concept including digital pro-jection and 3D.

Mountain View Corridor (MVC)

Salt Lake County - The Mountain View Corridor is currently constructing 15 miles of a planned 35-mile freeway, transit and trail system in western Salt Lake County, servicing 13 municipalities. Phased construction will expand the roadway over time by converting intersections to interchanges and adding lanes to meet future traffic demands.

SLCC Center for New Media

Salt Lake City - The Center for New Media will prepare students to make immediate contributions in the fields of digital design, communication technology, broadcasting, entertainment arts, film, web design, animation and music innovation. Benefiting more than 6,000 students, this center will respond to industry needs and prepare students for further education in their new media field of choice.

Lone Peak Medical Center

Draper - The new 30-bed Lone Peak Medical Center will bring much needed inpatient services to South Valley communities, particularly in the areas of obstetric care and surgery services. The hospital will also expand existing outpatient diagnostic services to better serve local patients.

IHC Rose Park

Riverton - This project is a new clinic for IHC. Because it is being built in a residential area, R&O will keep the noise and dust to a minimum. Construction is of wood frame and masonry on three acres, but the overall site is seven acres.

Westminster Sugarhouse Mixed-use Project

Salt Lake City - The Westminster Sugar House Mixed Use project is an 85,000-square-foot, multi-functional building. The eight-story building will include student housing with 168 beds, retail on the main level of the building, offices, and dynamic classroom and activities space. There will also be a six-level parking structure that will be available for both reserved student parking and public parking.

Draper Station Project – eBay Building

Draper - The Draper Station Project consists of densely packed horizontal and vertical development in a mix of residential, commercial, retail, entertainment and open spaces.  It provides a pedestrian and bike-friendly environment. The FrontRunner station connects the development to other regions, reducing automobile dependency. The first major site development is the new eBay Building.
