Being treated like family is important to Mark Miller Subaru’s employees, which for many is the best benefit they could ask for. According to one employee, “The owners are very in touch with the staff and are never too busy to chat, and they get to know every employee from the highest manager to the lowest-ranked lot tech.”

Encouraging employees to stay at or less than 40 hours of work per week is important to company managers, says Operations Manager Tatiana Miller. “We force employees to take vacation times so they can be with their families. Time off is always given for family events.”

Mark Miller Subaru also offers a wellness program and health fairs for employees and their families, an onsite café that give employees healthy meal options, and an enticing retirement package. The company also has a day it dubs "Ben Franklin Day,” which occurs when the dealership has a record month and each employee is given a $100 bill.
