Employees are always encouraged to express their concerns and ideas, and the CEO welcomes one-on-one meetings with anyone in the team to talk about ideas, feedback or concerns. “We have a culture of trust, acceptance, encouragement and fun,” one employee says. “Everyone is important and is valued.”

HireVue also takes measures to ensure that employees can have a healthy work/life balance. The company doesn’t track paid time off, so employees don’t have to worry about missing work for kids’ ball games or family vacations. Other little perks include a fully stocked office kitchen, and an office gaming center with video game consoles, a pool table, foosball and darts.
