West Jordan — BC Technical, a non-OEM medical imaging solutions provider, has acquired NC Systems, a provider of nuclear medical service, systems and parts.
“Our acquisition of NC Systems is just another step as we continue to grow BC Technical for the future,” said Mark Alvarez, president and CEO of BC Technical. “NC Systems is national in scale and has an outstanding reputation for quality customer service.”
NC Systems, based in Boulder Colorado, provides physician training, nuclear medicine systems and related field service. Charles and Virginia Rose founded NC Systems, Inc. more than 27 years ago. In addition to its quality support on multi-OEM imaging equipment, NC Systems is responsible for the advancement of the nuclear cardiology community. Since 1986, NC Systems has trained and helped more than 3,000 physicians obtain licensing.
“We’re excited to make this transition, and are confident our customers will continue to receive quality support,” Charles Rose said. “Our team complements the capabilities of BC Technical and will clearly add value for the future.”
