Bank of Utah recently launched a significant remodel and new construction for its Logan branch building at 5 East 1400 North. The branch will remain open during construction, which is anticipated to be completed in mid-July, 2012. Six members of the commercial and mortgage lending teams have been temporarily relocated to the Providence branch, 121 North Gateway Drive, until the project is completed.
The project includes the construction of a new detached drive through banking structure and the relocation of the main entry from the north side of the building to the east. More dedicated customer parking will be added to the east side of the building and the building exterior will receive repairs and updates. At the same time, the interior will undergo a major renovation and redecoration.
During the construction one lane of the drive through service area will be closed and there will be a very short period when there will be no drive through service.
“We’re pleased to be able to update our thriving Logan branch and we ask our customers to excuse our dust and any inconvenience this may cause them,” said Krista Lewis, Bank of Utah vice president. “We’ll do our best to continue to provide outstanding customer service during that time. In the long run our goal is to provide a more convenient and faster drive through operation and to create a more comfortable setting in which the community can access our full suite of banking services.”
Bank customers and the public may call 435-752-7102 to reach branch personnel in Logan and 435-752-7198 for Providence or they may call toll free at 1-800-516-5559 to reach bank employees at any branch. Hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Drive-through services are available in Providence from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
