Originally built in 1960, the restored 52,000-square-foot clubhouse includes new meeting spaces, expanded dining options, added spa and salon offerings, an updated reception venue, and a state-of-the-art fitness center and kids club.

American Fork - INTEGRATECHS acquired DIRECTPOINTE, an IT services provider. Through the acquisition, Integratechs broadens its geographical footprint; the combined entity is one of the largest managed-services provider in Utah with a diverse and growing client base across 25 states.
Lindon - LUXUL launched a new website, www.luxul.com, and a new marketing campaign that better reflects the company’s vision and focus on simple, affordable and high-performance networking solutions. The company will now be known simply as Luxul (previously Luxul Wireless).
Lehi - XANGO updated its brand logo and added a new line of products utilizing the mangosteen fruit. The new wellness and beauty line includes age-defying serums and aromatherapy hair and body products.
Orem - The Center for the Study of Ethics at UTAH VALLEY UNIVERSITY hosted its annual Ethics Awareness Week, providing opportunities for students, the campus community and the public to join conversations on ethics.
Vivint promoted JIM NYE to vice president of product management. Nye most recently served as the company’s vice president of business development. In his new position, Nye will continue to manage business partnerships related to product development, as well as new product selection and supply-chain management.
AtTask, a provider of on-demand project and portfolio management software, appointed ERIC MORGAN as its new president and CEO. Morgan is the former CEO of AdvancedMD.
Seven Peaks Acquires CityDeals
Provo - SEVEN PEAKS has acquired the assets of CityDeals, a regional online daily-deal provider. Seven Peaks saw tremendous success offering consumers deals through CityDeals, and with the acquisition, Seven Peaks will continue to advance the online deal category and deliver compelling deals to consumers.
“Consumers and merchants have loved the value they’ve received from CityDeals over the years,” says Bruce Law, vice president of marketing at Seven Peaks. “Seven Peaks was one of those satisfied merchants. The acquisition of CityDeals by Seven Peaks assures that CityDeals will continue to provide tremendous benefits to consumers and regional business owners and have stamina to deliver those benefits over the long haul.”
As part of the acquisition, Seven Peaks worked with merchants to ensure all deals sold online through CityDeals were honored. Seven Peaks is also working out arrangements to take care of any merchants still awaiting payment from CityDeals.
“We were staring at a pretty big receivable from CityDeals and didn’t know how we would continue to provide service without compensation,” says Glen Overton of Hotel Park City. “With the acquisition by Seven Peaks, we’ll be able to continue to provide these discounted services, which have helped our customers and our business.”
